블러트 증인 목록을 보니 예전과 많이 바뀐 것 같네요. 증인 계정을 비활성화한 증인들도 여럿 보이고, 비활성화하지 않고 노드만 중단해서 계속 블럭 누락을 발생시키고 있는 경우도 많이 보입니다.
