스팀과 하이브와 달리 우리가 사용하는 블러트 플랫폼에서는 다운보팅이 없습니다. 이러한 관계로 생태계에 위반되는 행위를 시스템적으로 억제 시키는 방법이 제한적입니다. 그래서 재단에서는 표절과 부정행위 등을 억제 시키기 위해 커뮤니티 참여 기반의 워든(warden) 체계를 운영하고 있습니다.
커뮤니티에서 추천받은 워든들은 커뮤니티에서 신고되는 컨텐츠를 직접 검수하고 위반 정도가 심하다고 판단될 경우 타 워든과 상황을 공유하며, 이후 관련 계정을 어뷰징으로 설정하고 있습니다. 어뷰징으로 선정될 경우 블러트 웹서비스에서 일부 불이익이 있습니다.
제가 이번 글을 쓰게된 이유는 한국인 워든을 재단에 추전하고 싶어서 입니다. 재단 워든 관계자들과 직접 소통하고, 한국어 컨텐츠 중에서 신고 받는 컨텐츠를 검수하고 관리할 수 있는 사람을 찾고 있습니다.
한국어로 작성된 컨텐츠가 부당하게 부정행위로 간주되어 어뷰징 계정으로 선택되는 것을 최소화 시키고 싶은것이 저의 바램입니다.
혹시 지원이 관심 있으시다면, 아래 코멘트(댓글)로 지원 또는 추천을 주시면 제가 워든 관계자들에게 추천하고자 합니다.
워든에 대한 지원 자격은 별도로 정해진것은 없습니다. 다만 워든 관계자들과 재단측에서 좀 더 쉽게 추천인을 동의 받을 수 있는 자격 요건들은 특별한 우선순위 없이 아래와 같습니다.
- 블러트에서 활동이 많은 사용자
- 디스코드에서 적극적인 참여하는 사용자
- 증인으로 활동중인 사용자
- 영어 소통이 가능한 사용자
위에 요건들이 필수사항아 아니고, 오히려 해당 직책을 수행하고자 원하는 열정이 더 중요하다고 저는 생각되기에 자유롭게 지원 주시면 감사드리겠습니다.
지원자가 없을 경우 임시로 제가 최대한 역할을 수행하겠습니다.
다만, 저보다는 더 많은 한국 사람들이 커뮤니티에서 나와 재단관련 활동에 직접 참여하는 것이 이상적이라고 생각 합니다.

This is jakeminlim, a witness in Blurt.
Unlike Steem and Hive, there is no downvoting on the Blurt platform. This does cause some issues as no one can really influence others for acting badly within the ecosystem. Therefore, the foundation operates a community/participation-based warden system to curb plagiarism and cheating.
Wardens recommended by the community directly inspect the content reported by the community, and share the situation with other wardens. If it is judged that the degree of violation is severe, the account is coal listed. There are some disadvantages in the Blurt Web Service if users are in the coal list.
The reason I wrote this article is that I wanted to recommend a Korean Warden to the Foundation and existing wardens. We are looking for people who can communicate directly with the Warden officials in the Discord channel and inspect and manage the reported Korean contents.
It is my wish to minimize the abuse of flagged content within the Korean community.
If you are interested in applying, please apply or recommend others using the comment section below. I will forward the applicants to the foundation and warden members.
There is no specific qualification for applying to become a Warden. However, the eligibility requirements that make it easier for other Warden officials to come to a consensus are as follows; without any special priority.
- Users with a long history of activity in Blurt
- Users who actively participate in Blurt Discord
- Users active as witness
- Users who can communicate in English
I think that the above requirements are not mandatory, but a recommendation. I rather believe the passion of a user to want to fulfill the position and commit to the Blurt community is more important.
So please feel free to apply.
If there are no applicants, I will temporarily perform the role so I can make sure all the Korean members are aware of the things related to abuse policies and intentions of the Blurt Foundation.
However, I think it is ideal for other Koreans to come out of the community and directly participate in Foundation-related activities.

Jake, thank you so much for taking the initiative here. Indeed, we would be delighted to see a more Korean participation in content moderation. We also would like to see the network grow in Korea.
So, that would possibly look like more Korean witnesses, and you know more activity on the social and human side in Korea as well. And, when this terrible terrible covid plague is finally over, I look forward to meeting you guys for a nice kongguksu and soju and kalbi meal. We're going to eat all of those at the same time.

perhaps we can eat other things as well, but those are my priority eating items.
Also I just wanted to make a general solicitation to Korean participants and say that if you have any ideas on growing Blurt's presence in Korea, all of us are very happy to hear your thoughts, Even if those thoughts end up requiring software development to implement.
if you are a participant in the kakao talk group, then you probably know that you know I have expressed but I'm not real pleased with our current moderation system. And you probably also know that I don't have a better solution right now and that no, I don't think that for example bringing down boats on to blurt would improve the situation in any meaningful way.
It's my belief that downvotes simply create too much psychological baggage for effective community building.
I want also I wanted to make a comment on the coming AI apocalypse. so these AI systems that can write somewhat convincingly are getting more and more sophisticated and they can you know cram out rims of text and far less time than any human could I'm talking 1/100,000,000th the time and I think that actually it would be beneficial for blurt to be a place for the best of this content to flourish. I would like to see high quality content of all types being rewarded on this platform. However, I think there's a very significant threat posed by simple human laziness.
Curating a really high quality content community is a lot of work and for a certain type of investor, you know it's actually let's say economically rational to simply program one's votes. Set it, and forget it, and don't worry about content quality.
I think that this would be a really unfortunate outcome and that is why I am in favor of Ricardo's proposal to create a second paid group of users called wardens, formally, on the chain, who can disable persistently low quality accounts. also, I really do want to throw in yet another appeal for much higher fees. These are still far too low. as more and more of you begin running nodes, you will inevitably experience the impact of chain bloat. Remember, every byte stored on blurt is stored on every single node.
Fees remain much too low.
Furthermore, until an actual durable solution is programmed, I am very very open to any ideas that anyone may have concerning content moderation, including the concept of anarchy. I must admit that the simplicity of that solution appeals to me. I'd like to hear as many opinions on this as possible to be quite honest.

저도 글을 쓰는 작가의 한 사람으로서 블러트의 발전에 일조하고 싶은 마음에 참여하고 싶습니다.
그러면 위에서 언급한 자격요건 4가지의 해당성을 먼저 말씀드리겠습니다.
블러트에 가입한 이후 지속적으로 하루 하나의 글과 사진을 게재하면서 블러트 활동을 지속중입니다. 특히 국내 최초의 블러트 홍보기사를 '파이낸스 투데이'라는 우리나라 언론에 @aquabox와 협력하여 스스로 게재했습니다. http://www.fntoday.co.kr/news/articleView.html?idxno=242780
향후에도 각종 언론에 블러트에 관한 기사를 게재토록 유도하여 블러트가 한국 내에서 인기를 구가하도록 노력할 예정입니다.
디스코드에서의 활동은 아직 누구로부터도 초대를 받지 못했고, 또한 블러트가 스팀잇과 별도로 구성된 역사가 길지 않아 활발한 활동을 할 수 없었습니다.
아직 가입시기가 일천하고 블러트 파워가 적어 증인이 되지 못했습니다.
영어소통은 대학에서 영어로 강의가 가능한 정도입니다. 물론 해외에서 생활하는데 소통은 문제가 없었습니다. 제가 블러트에 쓴 글도 처음에는 영어와 한국어로 동시에 올렸습니다. 외국인이 이해 못 할 내용은 한국어로 쓰기도 했습니다만 거의 대부분은 영어를 병기하여 콘텐츠를 게재했습니다.
기타사항으로 블러트의 콘텐츠에 대한 선별평가를 최우선적으로 다뤄야할 사람을 선정하는 것이므로 글과 관련된 많은 일을 한 사람이 적격이라 보여집니다. 저는 책을 8권 집필하는 등 현재 여행작가 겸 사진작가로서 활동 중이며 학생들을 가르치고 있기 때문에 워든의 역할을 수행하는 데 문제가 없을 것으로 생각됩니다.
I am pleased to see this initiative to advocate for a Korean warden, it is so important that all communities are represented so as to have fair adjudication of their works. I hope the right person comes along and wish for nothing more that positive symbiosis with the Korean community on Blurt.
