On blurt, witnesses control fees.
I will be voting for every witness who has non-default fees, and I encourage you to do the same.
Witnesses who have sent non-default fees have shown that they're willing and able to take the time and effort to set fees.
This means they're likely great witnesses.
I like the default fee/kb but the per tx fee was definitely too high at default.
