Two reasons:
one: blurt bud

Two: fees
Skylinebuds has favored the blockchain's health, and should be rewarded for that with your vote. Folks, we need to keep the chain small, and he has made the responsible decision of raising his fees.
upto which rank are the witness allowed to increase the fees ?
Witnesses have total control over fees on blurt.
Even I have to lobby them for changes to fees. This is as it should be.
so can @kamranrkploy also decide these fees like someone told me that only top witnesses are allowed to do changes to these fees like account making fees and transaction fees etc.
Any witness can change their fees, and I believe that the median of the top 20 is the way that it is calculated.
Does the length of the post determine the asking fee of the witness making the blocks?
I just noticed in some of my longer contents that fees were higher.
