In preparation for flooding the world with clay and water, I am consuming my local delight which is of course the khmer sushi joint down the street from my house.
The broken image will keep me reminded to make this dang thing fire up.
Love sushi myself. Seattle sushi was the best.

But I like raw fish meat marinated in vinegar, seasonings, ginger, garliac, onions, black pepper, and red onions :P
Then I will eat it with some rice.
I'm not a big fan of sushi, especially after I had the chance to try the Vietnamese Crispy Rolls with the sweet chili dipping sauce.
I got to try this in Singapore; at a restaurant called Nam Nam Noodle Bar.
This is my kind of dinner :)
Anyway, I've been reading "clay" in your posts quite often and I don't really know what it is.
Is there any article that you can share with me so I can learn more about it? Thanks :)
