Presenting beerchemist: a new witness

I would like to introduce the beerchemist!

While I find his taste in alcoholic beverages to be inefficient, I think that he is an excellent witness candidate. He has been advising blurt since just before launch and is someone I turn to for information on strategy and market direction.

He comes from the oldest school of proof of stake that there is, Peercoin. He was initially hesitant to run a witness, saying he wasn't sure if the machine would just reach out and scam him. I let him know that we had removed all of the features that would reach out and scam you. And maybe a month or two later he gave it a try.

I think that blurt will benefit a great deal from his learning in depth the ins and outs of the platform.
