We grew some great tomatoes this year! These are the ones we loved so much that we’ll grow them every year.
✔️ Pink Brandywine (📷1). If you want a classic heirloom tomato taste, this tomato is for you! This is my favorite tomato of all time.
✔️ Dwarf Fred’s TieDye (📷2). Fred’s has an intense, balanced flavor. The plants only get about 3 feet tall, but still produce lots of large tomatoes.
✔️ Paul Robeson (📷3). These tomatoes have a sweet, smoky flavor and produced well during the summer here in Texas.
✔️ Amish Paste (📷4). Our largest tomato this year was an Amish Paste. It was probably a double bloom, because it was the only tomato on the plant that was this big. This is the best tasting paste we’ve grown.
✔️ Pork Chop (📷5). For whatever reason, this plant was stingy! But it was also gorgeous and sweet yet citrusy.
✔️ Barry’s Crazy Cherry (📷6). These are crazy prolific! We found that the darker yellow they get, the sweeter they tasted. They produced well in the heat.
✔️ Black Cherry. Although they have a bit thicker skin, these cherries taste fantastic. We’ll never not grow them.
