The Christmas season is a time of great joy in our home. It's a chance for our family to be together, which can be a challenge during the rest of the year due to work and distance.
When you walk around the city, seeing the houses decorated with lights adds a special touch to the atmosphere, especially if you take night tours.
Every year, I try to buy a special ornament for my home. Although Christmas does not mean buying material things, but I like to decorate my home to make it even more cozy, always thinking about the moment when all the family members can get together.
In the stores, I have seen very nice things and I can't decide which ornament to take home. They all have a special magic that makes me be a child again.
Among the typical decorations are the christmas nutcracker. The truth, I have never bought one of these. I don't think they will be an option this year.
This year I think I will buy one of these little houses that light up. When you turn them on at night they look like a lamp and give a magical touch to the corner where they are placed. What is the attraction of these little houses? Although some of them don't have Christmas decorations, I think the detail of the miniature objects is what I really like.
There are so many cute things that I don't want to go crazy, since I don't want to accumulate so many Christmas decorations at home because when this season passes my cupboards get cluttered. This is something I have been avoiding for a few years now. The important thing is to remember the spiritual and emotional meaning of Christmas. Soon, I will share with you how I am decorating my house.
