DRAFT Blurt Curators Guidelines v.0.1

I answer with what is not clear to me or I do not agree with, etc .; obviously everything else is ok for me.

This post is far too long, the summary is the first thing, try to summarize everything by points and much more briefly

Any post that uses multiple community curation tags must be checked so that the sum of community curation votes does not exceed 100% weight, even if all the tags are relevant.

On this point I do not agree at all, what is the purpose of setting this limitation, which is also difficult to implement, considering that there could be 30, 50 curation accounts? I believe that everyone should judge for their own area.

No user should receive a curation vote more than once per day.

Why?
I personally vote for contest posts, if the same person participates in multiple contests on the same day, why shouldn't I vote for all the posts he writes?

Curators should ...
advise content creators via comments on any improvements to receive a vote
engage with the community members to widen participation and improve both quantity and quality

This point is not clear to me, until now there was the rule that no comments or posts should be made with the curation accounts, so it is not clear if these comments and this engagement must be done with the curation account or with personal account.

Lead Curators should ...
keep the community informed and motivated, possibly with posts showcasing quality and initiating contests

As above, does this point refer to the curation account or to the personal one?

Regarding the remuneration that occurs through personal posts that are relevant to one's own curation area, I cannot participate in the contests that I organize myself, for obvious reasons, and there may not be other contests in which I can participate or for which I have the right attitudes, I believe that this point should be resolved in some other way for others as well, in my opinion seeing a curator who systematically votes his posts 100%, perhaps not always better than others, is not a good method.

As for the length, I refer you to the 2nd paragraph at the top and the Checklist at the bottom.

As for specific questions, I do not formulate the rules and can only advise. Please wait for either a member of the CMT or @magadrive to clarify those matters.

What I can agree upon is your last comment that the whole financial setup needs to be changed so that the obvious hard work is rewarded, and the trust placed in community curators means they can be more flexible. If that trust is ever lost, removal can be swift and final. Hence, I agree with your sentiment that good curators need to have rules that make their jobs easier. But please await some official responses. Thanks!
