Don't scroll through Facebook, WhatsApp or Instagram again and again. Set aside some time to use them and don't use them unless you need too much. Avoid unnecessary YouTube videos. We know that these videos are very short and entertaining. But still these are a waste of your time.
Make it a habit to read books every day. If nothing else, at least your vocabulary will improve a lot in a month.
Try to avoid the movement of the elevator. Make a habit of going up and down stairs. Exercise regularly. Drink more water. Avoid fast food. Eat healthy food. Eat only food while eating and watch TV only while watching TV. Do not do more than one thing at a time.
Do something that won't bother you. Help your dad with his business or work or help your friend with a project. Set aside some time to do something for people.
Meet your friends. If you go the wrong way in building your life and career, your friends will get you back on track. Never neglect to talk to family and give time to family.
Sit quietly for just 10 minutes in the middle of a busy day. Close your eyes and let the mind relax.
Set a target every day to learn something new. At the end of the day, open your phone's notepad and write down what you learned. This will help you sleep peacefully.
Even if your work table looks random like a battlefield, no problem, as long as you know where your essentials are on the table.
If necessary, learn to cook at home on your own. Quit eating out. If you entered the kitchen of your favorite restaurant and saw how they cooked, you would never go out to eat again.
Creating a disciplined life requires you to pray in a timely manner considering your religion, which will keep you disciplined. Talking for 10 minutes at the end of the day is better than chatting all day.
