Today, I'm going for on a week vacation to this beautiful country, France!
While I'll do my best to document and share my experiences, I'm also determined to fully enjoy my break and disconnect from screen's and technology.

That time of the year has arrived! My childhood friends and I embark on our annual vacation together, and today's is the day!
I'm absolutely thrilled. Our trip mainly revolves around food and wine, and French food and wine are pretty good!
Prices are quite reasonable there compared to my home country, so it's pure enjoyment." 🍷🍽️

I worked 2 summers in Southern France on an archaeological dig … St Bertrand De Comminges … we discovered ancient treasures of King Herod who was exiled there.

According to ancient Jewish historian Flavius Josephus (books Antiquities and Wars, combined information), Lugdunum Covenarum – then in the Roman province of Spain – was the place of exile of Herod Antipas, who had been the Tetrarch (ruler) of Galilee in the time of Jesus Christ. Herod and his wife Herodias were sent there under the orders of the Emperor Caligula in AD39, and they remained there until their death about two years later.
