Blurt Daily Progress: Back to life Back to reality

in blurt •  last year

Yesterday, I had this strong urge to put my thoughts into words, but Blurt, was unexpectedly offline. Anyhow, we are fine now that we back online!
After a had some vacation days and holidays, it's time to back into work mode and offer services again as usual.
While vacations are a breath of fresh air for soul, there's an comfort in the predictability of normal routine, especially for maintaining good mental health.

Getting back to the grind, it may feel like making a small sacrifice – foregoing the immediate gratification of doing whatever I please. Yet, there's merit in pushing oneself, even when the tasks at hand aren't that enjoyable as we want. It's a reminder that self-discipline often leads to long-term satisfaction!

For me, having a routine not only means giving structure to my day but also contributes significantly to my peace of mind. Despite the initial hesitation when spontaneity for a more regimented schedule, I've discovered that the stability of a routine provides a sense of purpose and a foundation for a fulfilling life. It's in these moments of focused effort that I find not just productivity, but a deeper satisfaction and contentment.

Hope you'll friends doing good and happy! And welcome back blurt!
Best wishes 🙏
