Ya ni mi sombra es la misma de antes
Pues ahora solo refleja la figura de un monstruo
Un demonio de la oscura trinchera
Un hombre de gélido pecho
Y de punzantes esquirlas en su mente.
Mi esposa desea tenerme de nuevo en casa
Pero yo no soy el mismo hombre que habita en sus recuerdos
Ya no soy aquel de dulces besos
Aquel de armoniosas palabras
Ese de cálidas sonrisas
Aquel hombre ha muerto en la guerra
Solo que aún no lo sabe.
Mi mente está destrozada
Mutilada por las calcinantes bombas
Sorda por los gritos de niños sufriendo
Ciega por las almas que devore con mis disparos
Y muda, totalmente muda por el odio, la vergüenza y el miedo

That one with warm smiles
That man has died in the war
Only he doesn't know it yet.
my mind is shattered
Mutilated by the burning bombs
Deaf from the cries of suffering children
Blind by the souls that I devour with my shots
And mute, totally mute from the hate, the shame and the fear
