It's a real head scratcher, that's for sure... I know it is fixable long term what is making the nerves stretch is the short.

I don't see the harm in a slow warm-up and since it's 65% of supply and plenty of users have liquid tokens and wallets are not yet fully functional. With the spam problem forum rewards being small isn't a bad thing if it gives us time to eliminate this problem or substantially mitigate it.
