It is difficult to meet any of your other requirements if your basic needs aren't being satisfied.
Are you eating moderately or excessively?
Do you consume foods that are good for you?
Do you get enough water to drink?
And what about sleep? Do you sleep enough of too much?
Consider checking in with yourself by recording a journal to keep track of your habits (food, water and sleep).
It starts with the basics, it all starts with you!
