Why you should not smoke...

You smoke knowing full well that smoking increases the risk of heart disease, stroke, cancer, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and other physical disabilities, sexual impotence, mental illness, and more.😫
😕Knowing about such long-term risks, especially young people cannot even try to self-motivate to quit. But it can be really hard for you to smoke knowing that years later you will develop very dangerous, painful diseases that can lead to instant death or eternal suffering.
There is no safe way to smoke. Using cigars or pipes to smoke does nothing to help prevent the health risks from tobacco products. No matter how many words the smoker uses to justify his actions, the scientific and spiritual (religious) absolute truth accepted by the world is that smoking seriously damages your health. Just listen to what a cigarette smoker says.
A smoke ring contains about 600 ingredients. The American Lung Association says that more than 7000 chemicals are generated when the smoke line is lit (I don't even know what it is, I found it while looking for details). Most of those chemicals are acute toxins, at least 69 of which are potential carcinogens. According to the National Cancer Institute, cigars have higher levels of carcinogens, toxins and tar (Tar) than cigarettes. At least there is no filter in cigars.
🤯Smoking is a strong factor in the development of schizophrenia
(I may have said about this in an earlier post). Smoking is the cause of many other mental problems. 🚬
The main health risks of smoking are lung cancer, heart disease and stroke. 90% of lung cancer deaths are caused by smoking and about 80% are due to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Heart disease accounts for 17% of deaths.
This article brings you some of the most dangerous components of the smoke line.😘
👉 Nicotine:-
Nicotine contained in cigarette smoke is an addictive substance. It temporarily increases the heart rate, thereby temporarily increasing blood pressure. That's what feels like a kick. When you smoke a cigarette.
👉Tara:-
When tobacco smoke is inhaled, some tar gets deposited in the lungs. The lungs are lined with tiny hairs that help keep germs and other things completely out of the lungs (the stipes). This natural process is difficult to handle as these stipes are covered by the tar that is inhaled from smoking. It stimulates the mucous secretions and they are blocked by gathering in the airways. This causes bronchial inflammation or bronchitis (Bronchitis). Inhaling cigarette smoke and tar also contains carcinogenic chemicals that cause cancer cells to grow.
👉Carbon Monoxide:-
Carbon monoxide combines with the hemoglobin in the blood and prevents it from carrying enough oxygen throughout the body in the blood circulation. Eventually, you can get chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) for free. If you already have this disease without even knowing it, breathing will be seriously difficult going forward.
👉Benzine:-
Exposure to benzene can damage cells at the genetic level, and such conditions are strongly linked to various cancers, including leukemia and kidney cancer. In the past, benzene was used to blend with gasoline, but due to increased health concerns, this practice ceased. Even though the world is working together to curb the trend of ill health caused by the fumes that come out of burning machines, smokers still take gasoline from the smokestack to strangle themselves.
👉HCN (Hydrogen Cyanide):-
Chemical substances such as hydrogen cyanide contained in cigarette smoke also stop the cells from functioning properly. As a result, dust and other particulate matter are allowed to accumulate in the skin, increasing the number of phagocytic cells in the skin tissue. These cells produce large amounts of pathogenic enzymes. Destruction of pericardial tissue due to volume release reduces the effective surface area for gas exchange.
Cancer:-
One of the most dangerous effects of smoking is the risk of developing lung cancer. Chemicals in tobacco smoke damage cells in the lungs and turn them into cancer cells. The chance of developing lung cancer is determined by how much and how long a person smokes.
The thing is that the women are also addicted to smoking.
Ah, one more thing, you may not smoke cigarettes, but it is a shame to say that you are in a place where cigarettes are smoked.
