Do you know how a female eagle chooses a father for her young?

in blurt •  last year

She does something very interesting about it,
She breaks off a branch from a tree or bush, takes it with her beak, rises very high into the sky, and starts circling it. Then the eagles who see it start flying around the female.
She then drops this branch and waits in the sky. Then some eagles swoop down, catch this branch from the sky without letting it fall to the ground, pick it up in their beak and bring it very carefully to the female.
The female eagle takes this branch in its beak and drops it back to the ground,
The man catches it again and brings it to her, and she throws it back...
This is repeated many times. As long as the branch is thrown in this way, if an eagle catches it each time and brings it to her, the female chooses that eagle as her master.

You will understand later why she does this.
After that, they gather on top of a rock, make a nest of strong wooden sticks, and mother and father begin to tear the fur and feathers of the body with their beaks. Using this fur and feathers, they fill all the holes in the nest, making it soft and warm.
After the mother lays the eggs in the well-prepared nest, after keeping the eggs, the eaglets come into this world very weak, naked without feathers. Parents protect them from rain, strong sunlight, and cover them with wings until they grow up and grow strong.
They bring food, water, feed the young and they grow slowly. Thus the feathers begin to grow and the wings and tail become strong. Although they are still small, the parents realize that it is time for them to come out of the cage.
Dad starts beating it with wings from outside the cage. This attack shakes the nest and the feathers and wool that were stuck in its holes and for comfort fall off and leave only the frame as it was originally with stiff twigs. The mother is nowhere to be seen.
The eaglets are sitting in this shaky cage, they are uncomfortable and scared but they don't understand everything that happened. Mom and Dad were very loving and caring before but now they have changed.
At this point the mother flies out from somewhere and has a fish in her beak. But as usual, they catch the fish and sit at a distance from the nest without coming to them and make it visible to the chicks. Then she starts eating this fish so that it looks good to the chicks. The chicks sit in the nest cooing and staring at it.
They still don't understand what happened, but everything happens differently. Mom and Dad fed them, watered them, and now everything is gone. The nest has hardened and lost its feathers and comfort. Even though the parents ate the fish themselves, they were not given it.
what to do After all, they want to eat, so they try to get out of the nest and go to the mother. For that, the chicks start making movements that they have never done before. If their parents continue to reach the babies with food, they will not try to make those movements.
The chicks start walking out of the nest. At the same time, the baby eaglet falls out of the nest and rolls over, unable to stand in such an unfamiliar place. The nest is built on a cliff, on a slope so that no predators can get close. The cub crawls up this slope and then begins to fall down the cliff.
Then the father swoops down as if he had grabbed the branches earlier and prevents this eaglet from falling. He is captured and brought back to the nest on the rock and it all starts over. These cubs fall again and again, the father catches them and brings them back. An eagle never lets a chick fall.
During one of these falls, with the wind, the eaglet begins to make movements that it has never done before, spreading its wings into the wind, drifting against the gust and beginning to fly. This is how eagles teach their young.
As soon as the chick begins to fly on its own, the parents accompany them to the places where the fish are and show them. They no longer pick them up and feed them in their beaks.
This is a great example of how we can provide spiritual and physical education to our children. How important it is not to put their needs in a warm cage! How important it is not to feed the fish when they can catch it themselves! But how carefully we must teach them how to fly, devoting our time, wisdom and skill to it!
It is not surprising that the female chooses the master by throwing a branch. She does not want her children to fall. If you choose a negligent father without scrutiny, you are neglecting the downfall of the children
