Hello friends.
I decided to tell you about my autumn trip to Mezhyhirya Park.
This park is known to the general public as the residence of the fugitive Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych, which is located in the village of Novye Petrivtsi, Kiev region. The former president occupied this residence for 12 years (from 2002 to 2014).
Regarding the size of Mezhyhirya, officially, a plot of land of 1.8 hectares was listed near Yanukovych's house, but in fact the Mezhyhirya complex consists of 140 hectares of land and the entire territory is fenced with a 5-meter fence from prying eyes.If we briefly list the outstanding objects of Mezhyhirya, then the “Honka” house made of eco-friendly wood, a yacht pier, an equestrian club, hunting lodges and a tennis court come to mind, but if in more detail, the complex includes 41 objects, and thoroughly bypass the territory park in one day (at least with a child) proved to be problematic.
Not in vain, from the moment when the entrance to the complex became available to “mere mortals”, the rental of bicycles, electric scooters began to work on the territory, and excursions on an electric car were also launched.
The territory of Mezhyhirya impresses with its scale, scope and beauty.
