Its a decentralized Identity with Base Messaging tied to an inflation rate.
The first abUSE case was to promote it as a BLOG

    I agree, promoting it as a Blog was done right out the gate with steemit. But here on Blurt without the downvote button. Blurt can be used however the user wants to use it. Not some turd downvoting you cause you didn't write enough words to their liking. It's a posting board for whatever and a place to meet new people if you ask me.
