The friends walk to a very far distance to get the water for the company.
One day, one of them thought of getting a pipe that would run directly from where they were getting the water to the company. He discussed it with the other of his friend, but his declined but rather preferred going to the water the usual manner.
Finally, he was able to get pipe from the source of the water directly to the company. He was now earning several times more than his friends with less energy.
