Blessed be the Lord, my rock,
that trains my hands for war,
my fingers for battle.
2 He is my loving God, my refuge,
my highest hiding place, my deliverer,
my shield, in whom I take refuge.
He is the one who puts the peoples [a] at my feet.
(NIV)
This is an expression of war in the midst of praise for the only true God which reflects trust in someone who would give the victory in the midst of battle which was necessary to preserve the chosen people.
Many times our battles reflect a need that God allows in order to give us victory and preserve us in all areas, specifically the spiritual.
Recogn izing God as our rock is very important for our life, recognizing that he takes care of us in every situation is wonderful because when we are instructed in spiritual realities we know that we will soon be helped by a God who has promised to be faithful to those who seek him. in spirit and truth.
God is excellent in keeping his covenants. He has promised us fidelity in times of war and adversity. He has promised us to be our unshakable rock and our only hope in the midst of disappointment. God preserves his people in the midst of any situation no matter how difficult it may be, let us trust his promises and his words and rest on his promises because he is faithful who promised.
