Assalamualaikum
Hello Friends,
How are you you all . I hope you are all very well . I'm very well by the grace of almighty Allah. Today I write a story for you. So let's start.
Many things happen in life, some are good and some are bad, but as time passes, we understand that moving on is the only thing we can do for the best, so here are a few things that drastically change your mood.
Let’s do it.
- Breathe
Take a deep breath.
Take five full seconds to breathe in deeply.
Then hold for 5 seconds.
Then release.
Then hold, then release and relax.
It’s very simple process, you must be wondering why I am sharing this with you, but as you breathe in and breathe out, you feel lighter, you feel that it’s all about breaths, it’s all about in and out, and when you are in that moment breathing comfortably, you realise that calmness within you.
So just breathe in and out.
- Sleep
Did you sleep?
Source
Don't take on significant challenges or make big decisions. Studies show lack of sleep is equal to being drunk.
Sleep and wake up at the same time each day if you don’t give yourself proper sleep. Not only does your dark circle start showing, but you also start feeling more tired.
8 hours of sleep is important for every being. If you are working a full day, whether you are working in an office or doing a sitting job for 9 to 10 hours, and you are not taking your sleep properly, it’s going to affect your health badly, so at least take 8 hours of proper sleep.
- Sun
First thing in the morning is to go out and get Sun. It’s very important vitamin d regulates mood ,sleep and reduce depression .
Source
No sun get light through lamp and supplement with vitamin d3 but if you have sun go have good exposure of sun everyday please go under the sun and soak in some vitamin d.
Sunlight is very important for you.
It cures so many issues in our body it helps you in sleeping well it helps you reduce your depression and it calms you down.
It reduces your stress levels and maintain you good health.
- Caffeine
Coffee has a 12-hour Quarter-life, which means 12 hours after you are done. 25% of that caffeine is still activated in your body.
If you are going to sleep at 11 p.m. at night, don't have coffee before 11 a.m. in the morning.
Too much coffee can mimic panic attacks, so a good amount of caffeine is good for your body, and it helps you to be more active. It can help you to be more focused in your work, but only an appropriate amount of caffeine is good for your health. Don’t have too much of it.
- Acceptance
If you cannot control something, let it go. If you can, then give it a try, but only enough to know the difference between these two.
Many times we want something and we don’t get it, and there’s one saying in Tibet I swear by: If the problem can be solved, don’t worry about it, and if the problem can’t be solved, worrying will do no change.
Acceptance relieves you and sets you free.
- Self Compassion
You are like someone who is too hard on themselves.
Listen to your inner voice.
Is that how you would talk to your best friend?
If not, try to adjust the inner talk.
If you believe you are not worthy of something, you are not worthy of something.
If you believe you will not do it, you will never do it, so you have to subconsciously set in your mind that you can do whatever you want to do, and this starts with you talking beautifully to yourself.
If you say good things about yourself, you will become good, but if you talk poorly to yourself or rude to yourself, how can you become better?
So be kind to yourself and learn to love yourself.
- Integrity
Follow your inner voice and live in alignment with your true nature.
Life's too short to live for other people's expectations. The moment you understand yourself, the moment you know what you want, the moment you understand your individuality, you don't need to know what people are expecting from you or how they feel about you because, at that moment, you completely understand yourself, and that gives you a kind of self-assurance and alignment.
- Connection
Spend time with loved ones.
Even the most introverted person (for example, me) needs connection from time to time.
It’s important to have someone with whom you can talk and with whom you can share what’s going on in your mind and in your heart, but when you are too much of an introvert and you are afraid to share your feelings and you are afraid to talk to people, then you just keep on loading things in your mind and you keep on grudgingly thinking, and that both are on the inside of you, and that gives birth to so many issues inside of you .
It’s important to take some time and sit with someone , it could be any one, and just open your heart to that person.
Trust me, you will feel better.
- Consumption
You are the product of everything that you have ever consumed.
Garbage in
Garbage out.
Everything you listen to don’t consume everything it’s not good for you, your mind, or your peace. Just so many things you hear are things you want to believe, but when you know these things are not going to serve you in a longer-term way, you need to pause your thoughts, quiet your mind, and calm down.
Have some fun, but be mindful of all that you consume.
- Move
Exercise is the fastest way to change your mood. You are not the same person chemically after a short exercise.
When you exercise, there are so many chemical changes happening in your body that it helps you to reduce your stress level. Your adrenal rush begins, and as it happens, you feel lighter. It’s very important to move your body and exercise at least four times a week.
Do it sad
Do it angry
but just do it.
