[Mobile App] Analyzing Mechanism of Beneficiaries Transaction of Blurt.Buzz

I found that Blurt.buzz supports to set beneficiaries. So I tried to analyze the transaction data.

There is a checkbox to set Blurt.buzz as a beneficiary of the post's reward, 3%.

After checking the option, I can see the transaction data as follows:

Here is the transaction data from the mobile app, which failed.

It seems there is no problem in operation data. Then what is the problem???
