INTRODUCING THE EPISTEM RARE CREATIVITY CONTEST: Win lots of BLURTS and Upvotes Weekly by participating in this contest!!!

I don't think you should feel that way. I won't be shocked if the quality of your work keeps you at a level of great competitive advantage. But posting on Twitter won't take much of your time. It's one of the strategies we advertise blurt and the community. It's the little we can do for all that we benefit from the platform.

To be honest, there's a lot that needs to be done to the platform before I'd feel comfortable advertising it to anyone. I like Blurt but there's so many things that would make it more user friendly and aesthetically pleasing, plus user engagement is so low... Unless I'm so shit no one wants to comment on my posts! When it improves a bit I might feel more happy to go to the bother of Twitter. I know that marketing may help with the above but I do think the devs need to make a few improvements first, like tag sorting, draft saving, and getting rid of those terrible pinned/promoted posts that make no sense to anyone new at the start of the feeds. ❤️

This you need to tell @tekraze or @eastmael or @megadrive or @saboin .
Those points are very important , also lack of liquidity and lack of people buying the token .

There is already a lot of buying as well as selling going on, Blurt is most stable now. When other tokens are almost down 200% or more, blurt is comparatively stable and maintains the price.

Which is great , at some point it will pump to a decent level .
Buying is a must indeed , thanks @tekraze

Thanks @opidia. I'm not sure I'm genuinely heard but sorry for taking up room on this post. I'll join in when I can to support the project.

getting rid of those terrible pinned/promoted posts that make no sense to anyone new at the start of the feeds.

Once you have already seen those, you can click on the cross next to it, and they will be gone.

Unless I'm so shit no one wants to comment on my posts!

Maybe you need to promote yourself by participating in different activities like a club by @bestkizito, or talk by @blurtconnect-ng or by @blurtcast quiz shows and various other contests by powerclub.

One can not know how sweet a cake is until one knows there is a cake to taste. So, maybe you also go and interact with people and admire their posts so that they can return back the favor.

I like Blurt but there are so many things that would make it more user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing, plus user engagement is low.

We already have a lot of engagement, but if it's not with your posts, it does not mean there is no engagement. There might not be people interested in your posted content, or as I said before, they might not even know your content exists.

To be honest, there's a lot that needs to be done to the platform before I'd feel comfortable advertising it to anyone.

Its yours infact everyone's platform, and that depends on you if you want to promote it or not.

Low dev updates

We do not say we are perfect, and neither we will be. We can only trying to fix things and add new features. But its up to you, if you want to be there until those are done, or when everything is done.

Thanks

@tekraze, I don't mean to offend you or anyone, but I can tell by your tone I have. I'm only speaking the truth as I see it and making suggestions so that you might be aware of user experience. I have been participating as much as I am able. I do minimize those posts, but they reappear again, and any new user wouldn't know that. Wouldn't it be better to put them in the sidebar or to allow them to roll on like anyone else's post? I would imagine you'd take on constructive criticism in the spirit it was intended. I do intend to participate in this challenge, but don't want to feel obligated to post on Twitter, which is reasonable, and it's also reasonable to me to say so.

I've been on here every day and even run a challenge via @gardendiary, commenting on posts with that account every day to improve user engagement the best I know how. I do understand you have to participate for growth to happen both individually and on the platform as a whole.

I am sure you are doing the best you can and look forward to improvements - I hope I'm welcome enough to stay around and express my opinion until then.

Edit - I can't participate in Blurtcast, I'm in Australia so they're usually when I'm asleep. Also, I usually have busy days so a radio show is usually too time consuming.

Warm regards.

Well I am not offended, but as I said it's our platform not anyone person. So it's upto you how you want it to
Sharing or not sharing on twitter, that's completely on you.

I truly understand how you feel @riverflows, nonetheless, don't let the twitter clause prevent you from participating in the competition. For a well published work, you need not worry about that, as the quality of ones work makes up most of the work.
Lest I forget to mention, I believe that this competition is what lot of persons with great writing skill will jump on. Being able to create a master piece from just a word thrown to you shows you are nothing short of a genius. So, even if the participant doesn't win the contest, he/she would know that he/she have become a little better than he/she was a week before. Challenges leads to mastery.
