As many of you may know, my husband and I are avid hikers! We enjoy a mostly daily hike averaging 6-ish miles each time.
I caught an awesome shadow picture as we got ready to begin the Slumbering Bear trail.
It was gloriously sunny with a light breeze making it perfect hiking weather!
Hiking, walking or any exercise is good for you as it will lift your mood (especially if you are in a bad mood, lol), it gets your blood pumping and can help lower blood pressure, as I well know, and it will help you to sleep better at night! A win-win situation. Go find a mountain and conquer it!
