Unable to post lately on ANY Blurt frontend! Let's get Blurt working properly!

When I try to post on Blurt Latam, nothing happens. When I try to post on BeBlurt, I get "unknown user error". And BlurtBlog has been down regularly over the past few weeks. I'm having trouble using Blurt at all lately, and just hoping I get this message out before things go down again!

The Blurtlatam error has been going for several months now. My wife @MediKatie can post from that frontend, but I can't.

As for BeBlurt, I've reported my error and associated details, but it appears they can't help me. I can log in, but I can't actually do anything.

So when Blurt.blog goes down, as it has been doing a lot lately, I can't access the platform at all. I moved my online presence completely to Blurt, so when it fails, my funds are unavailable, I can't create content, I can't keep in touch and informed the way I normally do, etc.

I'm one of this platform's biggest manual curators, and top creators... but that won't remain the case if I can't access it anymore!

Will either BeBlurt or BlurtLatam please fix the glitch keeping me from using your frontend, pleeeeease?

We always hear "just use a different frontend" as the solution to so many problems around here. But when there's no other frontend to use, as is the case for me, that doesn't work! I've got one option. Sometimes.

If I disappear completely soon, that's probably why. : (

I hope we can get these outages sorted out soon. People will not use or invest in a platform that can't stay up. We're shooting ourselves in the foot and throwing our money in the garbage if we don't at the very least keep our frontends working to a minimum level.

I have the same problem with BlurtLatam, it doesn't let me vote, it doesn't let me see the wallet and the interface is very slow. Today I also realized that Blurtblog also has failures as if it had bugs, the platform is very slow. I don't know if an update is needed, but they should pay attention. The token is going up in price and we can't show the world unusable interfaces. I hope all Blurt pages and interfaces are working again.

I was having the same issue too. For close to an hour I could not login to my account. I clear cache, switch off my phone and on it back. Switch between data network but all to no avail. It is back now

We've got same problem.🙁 At first, I thought it is my wifi connection so I kept on changing from data to wifi but nothing works. With blurt.blog, I can log in but cant post. I tried beblurt I can log in but when it is time to post, I am an unknown user so it didnt push through. It was in blurtlatam.intinte that I was able to post though after many attempts.

I have been posting all week with blurt.blog (check my pinwall) and I haven't experienced any problems. I also did a lot of curating... That went well too. Maybe, I just have a lucky timezone!?! 🤣 I have shared your post in the witness channel. The developers of all 3 frontends are there... Maybe it helped!?! Thanks bro! Yeah, It seems about half the people I talk to haven't been able to connect much to Blurt.blog lately. And about half say they can't post on BeBlurt at all, like me.

Really sucks when all 3 of the main frontends aren't available... it means Blurt is totally down for me. Perhaps it has something to do with nodes, or regions? I'm not technical enough to figure it out, but there must be a logical explanation.

The blurt.blog was crashing when I'm trying to refresh the page, while beblurt.com was working well at my end. What I like with beblurt, is that you can schedule your post/s. Even at this moment blurtlatam.intinte.org has a small glitch, when you are going to vote it won't show until you click vote again or refresh the page.

I agree it's been very frustrating lately the problem the more the technology we have the more problems we encounter the human brain just cannot keep up adjusting ....lol 😂

I've had trouble myself, and have given up several times; and have just gone elsewhere. I like blurt, and would like to invest some cash here; but I'd like to know it's not dying like weku, before I do!

It had to do with one of the RPC nodes crashing.

I've made some changes on the backend that should hopefully resolve the problem. There are five RPC nodes and the same one kept crashing almost daily. I noticed that there were some calls that only went to that one node that kept crashing, so I changed it so it's shared between 3 different nodes. I think that will stop it from crashing, or at least make it last longer between crashes.

Most times when there is a problem, its with the nodes, try switching between them. I am using my own frontend copy/fork taken from blurtlatam but slightly modified and I am hosting it on a pc at home, that way I know for sure that if my frontend is up and running and I can't post or vote, then sure its the nodes. You could try it sometimes at https://blurt.bar if you want, but uptime is not 100% as sometimes I reboot the pc and I forget to bring up the frontend until I want to use blurt again. :)
