Thank you for helping me stack up one million BLURT!

2 days after passing 950,000 Blurt Power, and 1 day after hitting 960,000 BP, I have breached the 970,000 milestone! There's still a chance I could pass one million before the end of the year.

Yesterday I celebrated attaining 960k BP, just a day after 950k, and mentioned that I had found some old HIVE tokens in accounts I powered down long ago. I've been converting it into BLURT on Hive-Engine.com, and have now spent the very last of my HIVE. Essentially everything I've got in the crypto world has been converted to BLURT, and powered up on this account!

With the addition of this one, I have 6 posts accumulating votes that will pay out over the coming week. If I keep that pace up, I'll have dozens more posts paying out before the deadline. If I can make 750 BLURT per day (including posts, comments, and curation rewards)... which would require a lot of work and a lot of support from you... I can add another 18,000 BP before New Years. That will take me to 990,000 BP, and I will hit the million about half way through January!

Maybe I'll figure out a way to earn more than 18,000 in the next few weeks? It's possible. But I'm tapped out of HIVE scraps now, so there won't be any more surprise powerups from there! Speaking of the sources, I now have all the data to calculate where my million BP has come from.

Where the million BLURT came from

When I joined Blurt in early 2022, I brought with me about 20,000 HIVE tokens, which I had earned over a 4 year period of nonstop daily grinding. I had also funded my Steem/Hive accounts with 0.2 BTC, which I had earned as a vlogger in 2013-2018. It all went into buying BLURT and powering up my new account, totaling about 550,000 by the start of 2023.

Since January, I have purchased another 300,000 BLURT or so, using my own money, including some HIVE I had set aside in case the price dropped after my initial investment. That adds up to 850k of the million, meaning about 150,000 BP has been generated this year through my blockchain actions. That means post rewards, comment rewards, curation rewards, and interest on my holdings.

I'm not sponsored, endorsed, or officially supported in any way. I tend to be shadowbanned and/or completely cancelled on most platforms, so it's really great that can't happen to me here on Blurt. Even so, I am not regularly commented on by Blurt's insiders, whales, or staff/team. Nor do they vote much on my posts, feature them, or reBlurt them. That's their choice, of course. I'm just saying, support which could be there, is not there. That support goes to other voices, other wallets. Some members have been given delegations of millions of BP, no strings attached, but that kind of gig won't be coming my way. I have never been good at kissing ass, so I generally just avoid people who like theirs kissed, by sticking to my content creation.

I have slowly pulled together this million. One by one by one, over the past 11 years. It turns out, about 85% of it comes from earnings in past years, and the final 15% was earned in 2023. I could not have done so well this year without your help! Thank you for all the ways you support my channel and content.
