What does that actually mean? I would follow your link to more information, so I could seek clarify on my own, but there isn't one.

that means that you are 95% beneficiaries of this "comment post" so 95% rewards from this comment going to your account. thse 5 % are for appreciator to pay comment fees.

Sometimes appreciator is a bit late because the ranking of posts can be unpredictable, but generally within a few days you should get an upvote from him for that comment, which will result in it being added to your payment for that comment.
This link for now only shows place where ranking is. I'm planing to add more info here in the future but i have limited time recently so it can take a while ;) But soon i will write another post form appreciator-app account to clarify how it works etc..
