We got sick after we moved up here 8 weeks ago, and only just finished recovering. Didn't seem like Covid, most likely one of the colds going around, like RSV. Everybody here was sick, and still is. We're feeling thankful we are healthy again! Ivermectin would likely help you as it destroys all viruses with no side effects. It also treats a lot of symptoms of any cold (even ones that aren't caused by a virus), like inflammation, pain, fatigue, etc.
Squirrel is right about the C, D, and Zinc! If you want you can also take Quercetin (works with Zinc to kill anything in your body you don't want), and oregano oil (a few drops in food or drink) helps bigtime but it's expensive.
