These are oil Pitha. This Pitha is very tasty and sweet to eat. This Pitha is soft and fluffy but when it gets cold it becomes a little hard again. It feels good to play hot. Pitha made with this oil are very popular in rural areas and everyone loves to eat them. It is usually made in the winter. However, it can be prepared and eaten at any time, but it is not as enjoyable to eat in winter as it is at other times. This Pitha is very easy to make and does not require much to make. Only flour, rice powder, soybean oil, water / milk are required. Rice powder can be ground into any method. This Pitha becomes swollen after being made in oil.

This is the method of making the Pitha---

1. First you have to take rice powder like a half cup in a pot and add a little water in it. Then mix the rice powder with water well with the help of a mixer. Mix it with water and make it very liquid so that there is no rice powder.

2. Then pour the liquid mixture into a pot on top of the stove and keep stirring the stove medium. Stir until the liquid mixture thickens, because if you stop stirring, lumps may form. It thickens in about 2-3 minutes.

3. Then in a bowl again take two and a half cups of fresh rice powder or dry rice powder and with it take 1 cup of flour, sugar and salt to taste. Then mix all the ingredients well with a spoon. Then when it is well mixed, add the thick liquid mixture which has been prepared earlier with water and rice powder. If you give it, the Pitha are soft. Then it has to be mixed well with the ingredients by hand. Add a little water while mixing so that the lumps do not stick. Mix well and turn the mixture into a thick liquid.

4. Then take enough soybean oil in a pan over the oven to make the Pitha. Let the oil heat to medium-high for a while. Then when it is well heated, the mixed liquid should be left on the oil little by little with the help of another small pot and it should be delayed for about 40-50 seconds and the oil will swell on top. It looks good when fried like a little golden color. In this way the Pitha will be rounded and swollen on top of the oil. Once a Pitha is made, the rest must be made in the same way. When the golden color is completely removed from the oil.

Ingredients:

1. Rice powder.

2. Flour.

3. Sugar.

4. Salt.

5. Soybean oil.

6. Water / Milk.
