Also odd, is that it happened again later that year to Americans in an embassy in China. This leads me to believe the Chinese may possibly be behind this.

These stories always leave us with more questions, like why Canadians and Americans being attacked. Why where Canadians told to stay quiet about this? To me it appears that the government of Canada perceived this as a national security issue.
