I am reiterating my opinion on the matter. To get a solution we must eliminate the root cause of the problem which is Putin, not necessarily end his existence but to make him change his evil works and choose peace, although I do think that is a punch in the Moon, that person is living in fantasy. Everything else after that will stop and then get better from there, that is if he is not replaced by another devil.
