I am seeing a lot of talk about muting, coal lists and freezing on Blurt. Can anyone point me to information such as a list of rules for Blurt? Is there official information that shows how one gets frozen or coal listed? For example, if I don't actually break any laws, farm accounts, plagiarize ... I won't have these things happen to me will I?
Muting just seems like a horrible idea Lol. You mean that I can basically blacklist any user from my page? That seems like censorship.
My biggest fear though is someone could freeze or coal list me unfairly. I am going to look for information on why this happens to BLURT users. I am assuming that these measures are in place to protect against things like Phishing etc. Users that are ACTUALLY dangerous to the ecosystem. Not someone speaking freely.
Blurt has never frozen any accounts, ever. There were talks about freezing a certain account because this user has the habit of abusing and targetting people.
But no account was frozen.
On the other hand the COAL list is updated almost everyday. Users who farm, steal identities and indulge in plagiarism are added to the list.
You can write anything you wish to but I'd suggest not to attack anyone personally as this is a platform with thousands of users from all over the world with diverse backgrounds.
Thanks. I wanted to confirm I will not be demonetized on BLURT for opinion pieces.
