Got in another workout today and have been rebuilding my strength with the rings.
Before this Costa Rica trip, I knew there would be a perfect spot to use my rings, and sure enough there’s a perfect wood beam on our property that I can use to mount them for my workouts!
We also went on another bike ride to the coffee shop today, so the biking is seeming to be a great addition to our daily activity.
Today’s workout:
Pull-ups
Set 1 - 6
Set 2 - 6
Chin-ups
Set 1 - 5
Set 2 - 4
Ab Raises
Set 1 - 10
Set 2 - 10
Ring Pushups
Set 1 - 7
Set 2 - 7
Feels so good as this was the closest thing I’ve had to a full workout in months!
