The trinity of these photos
Russian chemist Sergi Prokudin Gorski's were taken in 1910.. Prokudin-Gorski is a pioneer in the early 1900s that produced very detailed color photographs.
Though he wasn't the new finisher in color photography, the process he proposed in the 1850s was a process that was mastered and developed by people in the 1950s.
This is the simple way to explain the process
Three black and white photos are taken through a red filter, blue filter and green filter, and when the three photos are projected together, they create a colorful image. This is a very simple explanation, it gives you a little idea of how Gorski could take color photos 100 years ago
