Olajumoke Orisaguna, a.k.a. Nigerian Cinderella.
In 2017, the 27-year-old mother of two, Jumok was busy selling bread in the streets of Lagos. She accidentally faced photographer TY Bello and British rap singer Tinie Tempah during a photo session and the photo went viral.
The photographer thought Jumok facing that random photo could also serve as "lovely interest"
Not long ago posted a picture of her on Instagram.
Thoughts from followers interested in Jumoke. "Is she a model?" ", "How did she balance bread on her head? With questions like "
TY Bello explained that she wasn't actually ready for the shoot and not a model. Went back to where she was found and started looking for her and left a message to anyone who finds her.
Almost non English speaking Jumok became a real-life fairytale by profiting between 300-700 Naira (around $1-$2) per day.
Then, she received not one but two of her residence training as a hairdresser (that was her job in Osun State before coming to Lagos to sell bread through a relative)
Got a model agreement with FEW Model Management
According to CNN, she was given some education and the bank was offered money to pay her children for school education.
Jumok received a joint scholarship by Sujimoto group and Sujimotos group co-sponsored Nigeria to learn ethics, social activities within 1 year
Also Payporte (an e-commerce brand in Nigeria) reached out to her for their next adboard campaign.
