We have been keeping up with different experiments to gather funds, but those were not enough.
So we are now creating this proposal.

Before we start we have running services

Servers
We have four servers (Two witness and two for infra)
Each server is around 8 USD, and if we keep out 2 servers, and only count 2 infra ones (RPC, Frontend, wallet, curator tool)
So, monthly cost is 16$.
Dev and maintenance cost
Let say I charge $10 for my time per hour as the standard(lower than $15, what others might charge)
So,
Spending around roughly 2-4 hours
Taking average 3 hours,
And 22 days (leaving off weekends)
22 days * 3 Hours/day * $10 = $660 per month
As I already left two servers, that will be compensated by the witness node itself.
With the current price of 0.00227906 (Coingecko)
0.00227906 * 290000 = 660.92
So, for approx 290K tokens the price is $660.
If we just take 150K for our calculation (taking care of Price change)
Its 5K blurt per day.
So, we are putting on a proposal for 5K Blurt per day for 1 year, as we are not sure of blurts future, the token have potential to boom, so we might change the proposal amount then.

The development of these features, will not start soon, as the proposal might not get funded at the time of creation. As we have already devoted lot of time, we will start once we have the payout going.
Maintenance and bug fixes will go on as it is.

they give salaries to themself and to employees who dont work, you should probably knock on their door.
We might not make any statement on that.
We have not created proposal before as the funds were short, but now everyone making proposals, so we thought why not us.
So, we created that to get community support.
The work will not be regular, so we are not going to depend on any one funding.
