We wanted to share that, we have added Infolinks ads and we thought it could help us. But sadly, no.
As you can see, there are hardly any views.
Whhy ?
Because no one is using the frontend, other than team and friends.
But we still have views to the frontend from other domain that is rpc.tekraze.com and blurtblog.tekraze.com
Why from here ?
@tekraze owns the domain https://tekraze.com for his primary blog based on Wordpress. So when the frontend was started, it used blurtblog as the main domain and RPC subdomain for running RPC node.
But later, the domain was moved to blurt.one and both changed. Still, the old domain was pointing to this frontend. It caused traffic to come to blurt blog, via those domains as well, as the main domain tekraze.com is also popular.
So, we might keep this running, without excepting any income, as its good for SEO, and may attract more people to Blurt as well.
So, now Why decision to close ?
Its because
- We are unable to sell any Blurt because of low price
- We don't have any user using the frontend
- We don't have any funds
- No time for development as @tekraze got busy with main job
So, after thinking a lot, its decided not to close, but keep it running as it is now.
There will be no more updates, no more fixes. The site will keep operating without any issues.
There will be bugfixes, only if severe issues.
