I was gonna ask, whether the HF 5 is now completely implemented? Some members of the Filipino community were asking, when is the 25% Liquid Blurt going to happen. Some of the newcomers are drained of their liquid blurts because of the transaction fees.... do they need to powerdown what they have earned? Since the rewards are being halve , they coudln´t get more of their rewards. So the only consolation for them is the 25% liquid as their resource to pay for the tx fees. Any info will be helpful. Thanks
