How will you achieve that? The moment someone orders you to act freely, you are not free to act, you are ordered.
To find a better argument than the one I used before, I have to receive disagreement, so I can build a better case.
You're a rarity, to most, like @outofthematrix, disagreement is a matter of insult and personal affront.
In terms of disagreement and how humans deal with them, I think it's indeed wide spread that dis-agreeing with what so far is being expressed between two people are unluckily seen as affronts or insults. Conflicts are as much a chance for personal maturation as for retreat or fall back into something not beneficial. But in any way it holds learning lessons for all involved.
I see it as a training ground to refine my arguments when someone holds a position against my expressed position (which is not to confuse it with holding something against "me" as a person).
Though I do not always succeed in having this relaxed attitude and the moment I lose it, I better shall stay away from arguing, or so I guess.
