After the three month long protests against the US backed PM and the plan to more than double price of fuel, the US sends equipment for the Haitian Government to break the people's blockade of the port, instead of vowing to not go through with the increased price of fuel, which is subsidized heavily by the government, yet that blockade was just one of many more, and with the blockades not going away, will the US send troops there, for the forth time?
