Ideas to strengthen your content on Blurt // Ideas para fortalecer tu contenido en Blurt [ENG][ES]

After reading more than 120 confirmed user accounts in the blurtimals community who constantly share content in this community, in addition to other publications that I read daily from other communities, I am going to share some contributions that I think can help in the construction of content.

I want to start with the following question: What makes us different as users? From my point of view we can differentiate the style, the content, our ideas among others, but there is a point on which we all agree and that is respect for copyright and from here my presentation begins.

Here are some ideas:
1.- When we write our own text, our voice is present and we can write many lines of content rich text that makes us happy to share, however, when within this writing I add a textual quote such as the following example:
Suppose we are writing about flowers that have adapted over time to survive human beings, and to give strength to my writing I add

The more I read I was able to find some very valuable information to share and it is the original downloadable file of the study of this flower and where it was found. Within the different readings I found that the finding derived from a group of scientists that was led by Professor Hang Sun of the Kunming Institute of Botany, Chinese Academy of Sciences, read here

Now, it may seem somewhat complicated, but in reality it is not, because as one gets used to creating content, these aspects must be taken care of, which later become easy to address, of course, research is required, but if we want to provide consistency to our publications. This is necessary.

Another is the case in quotes that are paraphrased, in the same way it is required to add the source from which the idea came, since it is not our own, the fact that we change the words does not mean that the definition or construction of knowledge is ours, for I invite you to honor copyright in every way possible.

Note: I did not share images of this beautiful flower, because I did not find a copyright-free place to take the image from, all the images that I could find had copyright, however, you can know about it in the reference links, which I invite you to read. Now I could see that newscasts and many pages shared the image giving credit to Hang Sun, as the author of the photo, but I did not find information that indicated that this photo was to share, so I did not do it, if any of those who read me You clarify this question for me, about the right to share the photo of an image that comes from a scientific article, I appreciate it.

I particularly think whatever your style, if you honor the copyright of the text, video, image, software, video games or idea, you provide a consistent plus to your publications, in addition to that we would be contributing to the construction of valuable content that can be a reference for others.

Your life experience, anecdotes and stories are also important, because your voice is present and is what will make you different, by giving your own personality to everything you do and share here on Blurt.

Then they can appreciate all that it implies to share content with their reference sources, in addition to the commitment of a curator to read in detail each publication that is shared, for that reason again I congratulate all the curators who make life in the Blurt family, because they all do their best effort and they share much of their time here reading, however I also invite you to collaborate with other users, providing guidance that will serve as a guide to motivate others, avoid plagiarism and be able to create great content.

Usted puedes hacer la diferencia

Luego de leer más de 120 cuentas de usuarios confirmados en la comunidad de blurtimals que con constancia comparten contenido en esta comunidad, sumado a otras publicaciones que a diario leo de otras comunidades voy a compartir algunos aportes que pienso pueden colaborar en la construcción de contenido.

Quiero comenzar con la siguiente interrogante: ¿Qué nos hace diferentes como usuarios? Desde mi punto de vista nos puede diferenciar el estilo, el contenido, nuestras ideas entre otros, pero existe un punto en el cual coincidimos todos y es el respeto por del derecho de autor y desde aquí inicia mi exposición.

Aquí algunas ideas:
1.- Cuando escribimos un texto propio, nuestra voz se hace presente y podemos escribir muchas líneas de texto rico de contenido que nos hace feliz compartir, sin embargo, cuando dentro de este escrito agrego alguna cita textual como el siguiente ejemplo:
Supongamos que estamos escribiendo sobre las flores que se han adaptado tras el paso del tiempo para sobrevivir a los seres humanos, y para darle fortaleza a mi escrito agrego

Después de 2 mil años de ser cultivada por la cultura china, la “Fritallaria delavayi” tomó un camino evolutivo para ocultarse de los seres humanos. Se le conoce coloquialmente como Lu Bei, y ha sido utilizada en la herbolaria tradicional como una planta medicinal.

Esta información deriva de la noticia del National Greographic donde comparte en su publicación La planta que evolucionó para ocultarse de los humanos Pero además pueden ver que dentro de la cita se encuentra un nombre científico, y es el nombre de la flor, también es importante agregar la referencia del autor que habla sobre esta flor.

Entonces para complementar pueden agregar, la especie de esta flor extraña fue descrita por “Carlos Linneo” en su libro Species Plantarum (1753), para mayor información también puede leer aquí Flora of China

Mientras más leía pude encontrar una información muy valiosa para compartir y es el archivo original descargable del estudio de esta flor y de donde fue encontrada. Dentro de las diferentes lecturas hallé que el hallazgo derivó de un grupo de científicos que fue liderizados por el profesor Hang Sun del Instituto de Botánica de Kunming, Academia de Ciencias de China, leer aquí

Ahora bien, puede parecer algo complicado, pero en realidad no lo es, porque a medida que uno se acostumbra a crear contenido, se deben cuidar estos aspectos que luego se vuelven fáciles de abordar, claro, se requiere investigar, pero si deseamos brindarles consistencias a nuestras publicaciones, ésto es necesario.

Otro es el caso en las citas que son parafraseo, de igual manera se requiere agregar la fuente de donde vino la idea, ya que no es propia, el hecho que cambiemos las palabras no significa que la definición o construcción de conocimiento sea nuestra, por ello los invito a honrar el derecho de autor de todas las formas posibles.

Nota: No compartí imágenes de esta hermosa flor, porque no encontré un lugar libre de derechos de autor de donde tomar la imagen, todas las imágenes que pude encontrar, tenían derechos reservados, sin embargo, pueden conocer de ella en los enlaces de referencia, los cuales invito a leer. Ahora pude ver que noticieros y muchas páginas compartían la imagen dándole el crédito a Hang Sun, como autor de la foto, pero no encontré información que indicara que esta foto era para compartir, por ello no lo hice, si alguno de los que me leen me aclara esta duda, sobre el derecho de compartir la foto de una imagen que viene de un artículo científico, se lo agradezco.

Particularmente pienso cualquiera que sea tu estilo, si honras el derecho de autor del texto, video, imagen, software, video juegos o idea, le brindas un plus consistente a tus publicaciones, además de que estaríamos contribuyendo a la construcción de contenido valioso que puedan ser referencia para otros.

Tu experiencia de vida, anécdotas e historias también son importantes, porque tu voz se hace presente y es lo que te hará diferente, al brindarle tu propia personalidad a todo lo que hagas y compartas aquí en Blurt.
