I used the proceeds to pay debt. I bought some stocks and then sold them for a loss for an emergency payment of debt.

I should have used it to pay debt instead of holding this dead bag.
I don't think we'll have to wait until 2026, if BLURT succeeds if will be later this year and through 2025. Crunch time!
