Phone them and change the number to a trusted friends mobile t/gal, you get time to log in, they just need to send you the 6 digit code.

I did phone them years ago to tell them the number was no longer usable. They're idiots. This is an ongoing problem with all banking. I'm not giving in to them. My bank even had to send me a gizmo to use instead of a mobile phone, same as the one I used for years with the co-op online banking. I don't support the use of mobile phones for everything, it's a control system and I want no part.
I recently found an app for PC which rings ur homephone called Twilio. It worked fine the once for my Stripe account now I have to try it for other things.
