mmm... no guessing involved, just calculations.
Bitcoin has a max supply of 21 million. It didn't start with 21 mil, but running the algorithm meant one could calculate it. Actually, the BTC algo could run for ever, but stops when the minting rate is lower than the precision.
So, we don't need to guess, we just need to decide on a minting rate and project that forward. I have no idea why a max is needed anyway - prob a cosmos limitation.

The same jacob will have 2.5m blurt on blurt 2.0, but will still have 0.25% of supply.
OK, good, my misunderstanding of "supply".
