That BLURT data comes from Ionomy, where only a fraction of BLURT is traded. The price quoted there is rarely what is paid on the other larger exchanges. Not that you care about facts.
That’s a problem with your network then but I suspect it isn’t much more. Facts… lol, that’s real rich coming from here.
I guess you could prove your point / test your theory, by putting in $100 on various exchanges, waiting a short time, and withdrawing it again. See how far it moves the price.
I only have access to one exchange, where I've put in thousands of dollars at a time, and barely moved the price whatsoever. But there are 3 or 4 exchanges to try it on. Ionomy is the only one that is used to calculate the figures you watch.
The "problem" you mentioned is that of Coingecko, not the currency. If somebody cares enough they could try contacting Coingecko about it. They seem mostly to care about the top 100 coins or so. I remember when Hive was up there.
I wouldn't even buy 1 blurt.
Interesting it still only takes 4-5 votes to get to the top of trending here. Technically it only takes 1.
Not sure what you think your $0.000 downvotes on Hive are doing, but they make me giggle.
Then wait until you earn some BLURT again, and sell it. See if you can move the price and prove your theory.
