This character is a very fierce one and I for one would like to apologize for not drawing in the flames. It actually is intentional. I wanted to be creative and the same time change the narrative. A few days ago I was watching an episode from the fifth season of one of my favorite sitcoms Futurama and at some point Cubert Fansworth told Leela to stick some flamy sticker on the rear end of the ship. His argument was that that way the ship would go faster.
I coincidentally thought of that when I started drawing this and I sort a reference that would either ways convey the same message or feeling without the flames and I think that to some extent I did. Your eyes could even draw them in themselves.
