And here I am going into another drought year (no gardens, restricted travel, evacuation orders, no backyard fires, supply chain problems, etc. They don't mention their rain programs when rain is desperately needed, and hope that we forget. Then other times they're very open about the fact that they and other governments are pulling down rain (and lots of other tricks) whenever they want.
