Israeli Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich implied on Monday that he believes blocking humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip is “justified and moral” even if it causes two million civilians to die of hunger, but the international community won’t allow that to happen.
“We bring in aid because there is no choice,” Smotrich said at a conference in Yad Binyamin. “We can’t, in the current global reality, manage a war. Nobody will let us cause 2 million civilians to die of hunger, even though it might be justified and moral, until our hostages are returned.”

A majority of Americans oppose sending U.S. troops to defend Israel if it's attacked by a neighboring country, according to a poll released Tuesday. The Chicago Council on Global Affairs (CCGA) poll found that 55% of Americans oppose such military support of Israel while just 41% favor it, marking a shift from previous iterations of the poll over the last decade in which support for the U.S. defense of Israel was just above 50%.

A few months ago we noticed the genocide and called it out. They denied it. Fast forward to now, they're just openly saying they want to starve everybody in Gaza to death. They deny, deny, deny, and then just turn around and openly announce something. Kinda like how they denied attacking hospitals at first... the horror! We would never do such a thing, ever! Now... they don't even pretend they aren't bombing, shooting, raiding, and shutting down every hospital in Gaza. Deny, deny, deny... admit and move on to something worse! Rinse and repeat.
