So far, unless I dump a ton of blurt into it, which I might, this community thing doesn't make much sense.
Maybe so, although I see that as a separate issue. It's never a good idea to vote without any BLURT powered up. It costs you a fee, and it doesn't have much result. You're losing more in the fee than you're dishing out with the vote. That's not a community thing, it's just how voting works on this blockchain.
As for communities, yeah, I don't see the draw. It costs 3% to post in a community, and your post then does not show up in your "Blog" tab, only your "Posts" tab. Maybe you get more visibility? Then again, you also get more visibility just using the right tags. I tend not to bother posting in communities.
